Saturdays and Sundays Closed, however, we do provide self-guided tours for your convenience.

The income must be 2.5 x times of rent amount, we do follow BAINBRIDGE's criteria - income/rental/criminal and credit. A min Credit score of 575 is required by this property.

All Utilities are responsible by the residents. However, water, sewer and trash will be paid with your rent amount.

Renters Insurance is required, a 300 K minimum personal liability coverage

We do offer from 7 - 15 months lease terms

Our Community is pet friendly. However, we do have some breed restrictions such as German shepherd, Chow chow, Pitbull, American bulldogs. We do require that all applicant complete a profile with petscreening.com. This third party company will determine the pet fee and pet rent for pet owners, they also verify all documents related to animals, support animals, and service animals. All applicants must complete a profile, even if not owning a pet (you must select - NO PET under your profile).

When it comes to parking, we follow our lease agreement which states that 1 bedroom is eligible for 1 space, 2 bedrooms are eligible for 1 space and 3 bedrooms are eligible for 2 spaces, any additional parking needed, will be subject to availability and a $40 monthly fee will be applied.

Parking Spaces are not assigned, resident vehicles are identified by a sticker that we provide at move in date, guest parking is available, we do have a total of 10 spaces for visitors and all must register using a QR code provided by the property to register the vehicle.

The street is not high in traffic; it's a residential area, and most of our prospects are familiar with the area, and most of them are referred by current residents.

We are located 4 -5 minutes from I95 which will take you Southbound and Northbound and Also about 15 minutes from Turnpike

Boca Raton is about 10 minutes away from us, and it's considered an A+ neighborhood due to shopping.

Fort Lauderdale is about 30 minutes from us.
